Terms of Service & Privacy
These terms apply to studio rentals booked with Queens Plaza Studios and to tickets purchased for events we host. By booking or purchasing, you agree to the terms below.
Studio rentals
A rental is confirmed once payment is received. Requested time slots are held only after confirmation — submitting a booking request does not reserve the space.
Rentals may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable, but we'll do our best to move your booking to another available slot.
Renters are responsible for the space during their booking: please respect the posted capacity, keep noise at a reasonable level, leave the studio as you found it, and end on time so the next booking can start. Damage to the space or equipment beyond normal wear is the renter's responsibility.
Event tickets
Event tickets are non-refundable. If you can't make it, contact us by email at least 24 hours before the event and we'll transfer your ticket to another date where possible. If we cancel an event, you'll receive a full refund or a transfer to another event — your choice.
Privacy
When you request a booking, buy a ticket, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and phone number so we can manage your booking and get in touch.
Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics, cookies & advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools, to understand site usage, measure campaign performance, and improve our website and services. We may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand website traffic and evaluate our advertising, and we use Google Ads conversion tracking, which uses cookies including _gcl_aw and _gcl_au to measure whether visits from our ads result in bookings or purchases.
We also use our own first-party analytics to measure how our pages perform. This uses a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser to distinguish visits and sessions; we do not collect or store your IP address for this analytics.
We do not share your name or email with third parties except as needed to process payments through Stripe, operate the services you purchase, run analytics and advertising tools, or comply with legal obligations.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect certain site features.
